Kasi Viswanathan opens up about future of MS Dhoni

7th July has been marked as one of the highly celebrated days in the cricketing fraternity. This was the day when MS Dhoni came into this world. And later on, we all know how he created history in the Indian Cricketing field. He remained as one of the best captains the Indian cricket team could ever get.

However, now with passing time, we all would witness his last day on the cricket field after retiring from IPL. That moment would be the saddest one for Mahi fans and the Indian Cricketing industry.

But there has been a positive news for all the fans. CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan opened up about MSD’s future with the Yellow Army. He told the IANS news agency about it.

“He can continue for another one or two years with CSK. He is fully fit, trains a lot. I don’t see any reason why he should stop. As far we are concerned, we are happy for what he is doing for CSK. It is not just about his captaincy or the fact that he is a guide or a leader as the most experienced player,” Kasi said.

MS Dhoni has one of the best Cricketing brains. He can turn the game at any moment with his brilliant game understanding. His guidance and lightning-quick action from behind the stumps play a considerable role.

CSK performed well under MS Dhoni in IPL 2021 Phase 1

Chennai Super Kings are currently residing at 2nd position on the points table. They have secured five wins out of seven games. After having a bad phase last year, the side is looking in great touch.

MSD would be eyeing to lift the IPL trophy this year as Phase 2 of IPL 2021 will start soon. According to reports, 17th September will mark the beginning, with the final being played on 10th October.
