Jos Buttler Is Different Personality From Eoin Morgan : Michael Vaughan Display A Difference In Buttler & Morgan’s Captaincy Mindset.

Ex-England captain Michael Vaughan has delineated a difference between a down falling skipper Eoin Morgan and the new probable skipper Jos Buttler’s captaincy brains. The vintage Vaughan has said that Jos Buttler is a more hasty and quick decision taker as compared to the Stobart and calm Morgan. This is the thing on which Buttler has to probably work more as compared to the other aspects of the captaincy on which players have to be focused on.

Vaughan is more familiar with the surprise of the retirement of Morgan and that the decision of appointing Jos Buttler as a New white ball Skipper is a no-brainer call to him. Jos Butler has previously done captaincy for England but he wasn’t as successful as the other Skippers. But the decision made by the board was a correct one as Ben stokes had fitness issues in the past and he couldn’t cope with the leadership of all three formats.

Thus Michael Vaughan wrote in his cricket column for Telegraph, “For me, it’s a no-brainer that Jos Buttler takes over that role, he’s the best white-ball player in the world, he’s got a very smart cricket brain, and he’s got that calmness you need”.

Later Vaughan added, “I guess his personality might be different from Eoin. The one thing that Jos will have to be very, very good at is staying the same when he doesn’t have a good game or two. That has been Eoin’s massive strength; he has never changed. “I’d love to see him in this group playing as he played in the IPL …Why not? England is generally one down early anyway, so they might as well be one down early by someone having a big old yahoo”, he finished off with his opine on the context of this leadership swapping.
