Coaching is a part in the world cricket which actually has at most importance in the on field business of the game. It is the duty of a head coach in cricket to direct the captain and the whole team in a proper direction which could ultimately produce enormous results for the side in future. The former cricketer of Zimbabwe Duncan Fletcher has served the Indian team from the year 2011 to 2015 forming another pair with MS Dhoni that is the ‘Fletcher-Dhoni’ duo. The biggest achievement in the era of Fletcher was the victory of the Indian team in the ICC Champions trophy of 2013.
Along with this the critical beating of team Australia in the home test series in the year 2012 was also a big part of his achievements as a head coach of the side. Before the world cup of 2015 due to some inner conflict between the players and the management, BCCI had to restrict the contract of Fletcher till the start of 2015 and bring in a new face.
