The young left-handed batsman has lived up to his reputation as an attacking batter this season. He also scored the fastest IPL fifty off just 13 balls during the game against Kolkata Knight Riders.

Jaiswal finished the IPL 2023 season as the leading run-scorer for Rajasthan Royals. He is also the fourth-highest run-getter this season where he essayed 625 runs in 14 games at an average of 48.08.

Yashasvi Jaiswal has also proved that he can go on to become one of the best in the business. He has turned out to be a sensational talent as well. Moreover, he isn’t far away from representing Team India in the future.

Rajasthan Royals’ captain Sanju Samson reserved the highest respect for Yashasvi Jaiswal during a recent interview. The RR captain feels that Jaiswal’s batting approach is mature and terrific.

He added that Jaiswal bats as if he is played over 100 games in the shortest format at such a young age. Jaiswal is expected to get better in the upcoming years and if he is backed properly, he could be a future superstar.

Yashasvi Jaiswal has played 37 games in IPL wherein he scored 1172 runs at an average of 32.56. Notably, he hit one century and 8 fifties to his name so far in the competition.

Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals who finished the IPL 2022 season as the runners-up fail to qualify for the IPL 2023 playoffs. Sanju Samson and Co will be looking forward to making a comeback in the next season.
