Fans on Twitter reacted hilariously after Joe Root was potted a shining ball on Jack Leach’s head on Day 3 of the Rawalpindi Test between Pakistan and England. They couldn’t control their laughter and hilariously said that modern problems need modern solutions.

The ongoing first Test between Pakistan and Bangladesh has been host to terrific batting displays by both teams. After England posted a gigantic total of 657 in the first innings, the hosts are also leaving no stone unturned and are batting staggering well.

However, this Test not only has been host to staggering displays with the bat, but it has also seen a few hilarious moments as well that caught the attention of many and made them laugh. One such incident that went viral on the internet was between English players Joe Root and Jack Leach.

It was after the 72nd over when Root shined the ball on Jack Leach’s head! The former skipper tried to use the sweat as saliva can’t be used anymore to shine the ball as per the new rules of  ICC. The off-spinner took the cap off for Root and the batter gently use the sweat with the ball, put the cap on and walked off the field.
