The Ex Indian turbulent spinner, ‘Harbhajan Singh’ has his own sweet say on the rock-solid batting form and approach of LSG skipper KL Rahul. He is the only guy who has so much proximity with his batting game of Rahul, as he always looks to hail it every time. Lucknow captain has scored 469 runs in the 13 encounters in which he appeared for the batting, he is also the only guy who is close to the English opener Jos Buttler whose run tally goes up to 627-runs. Before the start of the IPL 2022, Rahul wasn’t in good touch in the ODI series against South Africa where he unsuccessfully led the team India.
And it was looking like that case of up & down batting form will never leave the companionship of KL Rahul. But as the IPL began, he stamped two back to back centuries against Mumbai and roared back in the aggression. ‘Harbhajan Singh’ also pointed out the same thing in his well-mannered analysis of Rahul’s IPL form and the classic knocks which he played before. While chatting up with Former KKR spinner Piyush Chawla on Star Sports, he has manifested it very clearly by mentioning, “The biggest propellant for this team’s good show has been the way KL Rahul has led them from the front. He has been the leading run-getter for the side. His performance has encouraged other players to do better”.
