Mohammad Siraj takes 4/17 in the third T20I against New Zealand

In what a staggering bowling performance, Team India restricted New Zealand to a total of 160 runs. It was a superlative effort from the Indian bowlers as the hosts were cruising at one stage and they scattered their wickets like a pack of cards in the end.

One of the main reasons behind their staggering bowling performance was Mohammed Siraj. The right-arm pacer rattled New Zealand’s batting lineup and registered his career-best figures of 4/17.

Siraj came into the attack in the 6th over and didn’t take match time to strike as he removed Mark Chapman on the second delivery of his spell. He then later went on to remove well-set Glenn Philips for 54 and also sent James Neesham and Mitchell Santner.

His staggering spell help India restrict New Zealand for a total of 160 runs after a fiery start. Notably, this has been Siraj’s comeback series. He did a terrific job in the second game and followed it up with a sensational effort in the third game.
