“You Are A Top Man”- Faf du Plessis Heaps Praise On Bangladesh Player Litton Das

Former South African cricket team captain Faf du Plessis appreciated his Comilla Victorians teammate Litton Das in a recent tweet. The two-star batters are playing together in the 2022 edition of the Bangladesh Premier League. Ahead of Comilla’s battle against the Chattogram Challengers, Litton posted a tweet, expressing how he was happy to have a legend like du Plessis as his teammate.

The match between the Chattogram Challengers and the Comilla Victorians happened earlier today in the 2022 Bangladesh Premier League. The Victorians batted first and scored 183/3 in their 20 overs. Litton Das opened the innings for the team and scored 47 runs off 34 deliveries, hitting five fours and a six.

However, Litton’s opening partner Mahmudul Hasan Joy did not have a great day on the field. He got out cheaply, which brought Faf du Plessis to the middle in the second over of the match, with the score of Comilla Victorians being 4/1. The veteran player then rebuilt the innings with Litton Das. The duo added 80 runs for the second wicket before Das lost his wicket.

Faf continued his onslaught from the other end and remained not out on 83 runs off 55 deliveries. He smashed eight fours and three sixes during his memorable knock.

A three-wicket haul from Nahidul Islam helped the Comilla Victorians record a comfortable win in the Bangladesh Premier League. The Chattogram Challengers were all out for 131 runs.
