Watch – Jasprit Bumrah trains hard in nets ahead of the Australia series

Jasprit Bumrah missed the Asia Cup 2022 due to injuries

In what will be the biggest positive for the Indian Cricket Team, pacer spearhead Jasprit Bumrah has started preparing in the nets ahead of the T20I series against Australia.

Bumrah after playing in the white-ball series against England injured himself while preparing for the Asia Cup 2022. He then eventually ended up missing the tournament and also was under doubt about his selection in T20 World Cup 2022.

However, he recently cleared the fitness test at NCA and got the green signal to play. He was named in India’s squad for the T20I series in Australia and South Africa along with the World Cup.

With the Australia series less than a week away, Bumrah has started his preparation for the series. He posted a video on his Instagram account in which he can be seen bowling in the nets and also training in the gym.

“Work and you’ll get what you need; work hard and you’ll get what you want.” He captioned the video.

Jasprit Bumrah returning a massive boost for the Indian team

India missed the services of Jasprit Bumrah in the recently concluded Asia Cup 2022. The Men in a Blue failed to restrict runs at the death, which was one of the main reason behind their early exit from the tournament.

However, with Bumrah returning back, it’ll be massive boost as India will have high-quality death bowling. He along with Arshdeep Singh could be handy for India in the T20 World Cup 2022. Also with him in the side, India can also have the luxury to give Bhuvneshwar Kumar a longer spell in the power plays.
