India batter Suryakumar Yadav has been batting like a dream in the T20Is. The right-hander has consistently performed for the side in the format he loves and has set the stage on fire. He recently became the No.1 ranked batter in the ICC T20I rankings, surpassing Devon Conway and Mohammad Rizwan.
He also became Indian the first batter to complete 1000 runs in the T20I. The right-hander surpassed the landmark of 1000 runs at an average of 43.56 and a strike rate of 184.53 in 2022.
Suryakumar Yadav is among the top run-getters in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2022. The Indian batter is third on the list with 225 runs to his name and is also the leading run-getter in the T20Is this year with over 1026 runs in the 28 innings so far.
