Saba Karim, a former cricketer for India, thinks that it would be unjust to Arshdeep Singh if he were chosen for the Indian squad only because he can bowl left-arm seam and add variety to the team’s bowling attack.
At the very least, with regard to the shortest format, Karim is of the opinion that Arshdeep is now one of the best pace bowlers in the nation.
Even though he has only competed in four Twenty20 Internationals so far, the up-and-coming bowler has already shown remarkable calmness with the ball, and he has all the makings of a world-class bowler.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar said, "Arshdeep Singh exactly knows what is required, that's the best thing about him. What kind of field setting is needed, how to bowl to each batsman – very few newcomers have that maturity".

What did Saba Karim say?
When asked about the left-arm pacer from Punjab, Saba Karim had the following to say when he was interviewed by India News Sports:
“The idea that they should play Arshdeep just because of the fact that he is a left-arm seamer and that they want diversity. Because he is now one of the best three-four fast bowlers, he ought to be given the opportunity to play.”
Arshdeep Singh is currently passing every exam Rohit is asking him to appear for. Bowled over no 6 and then three on the trot at the death. 1-33 from 4 overs is excellent when you are bowling all the difficult overs

Reetinder Sodhi, a former Indian cricketer who was also a member of the same panel, too, shared his thoughts on Arshdeep Singh’s impressive beginning to his career in international cricket.
If the Punjab Kings bowler hopes to secure a spot in the T20 World Cup team, he should focus his attention on performing well in the two remaining Twenty20 Internationals that will take place in Florida.
Since Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah are most likely going to be the stars of India’s pace attack, it may come down to whether Harshal Patel or Arshdeep Singh is in better rhythm in order to determine who will take the third pacer’s slot. Now, it remains to be seen whether Arshdeep Singh will get his chance in playing XI for the ICC World T20 2022.
