Palash Muchhal cheers for Smriti Mandhana ahead of Women’s Hundred 2021

Smriti Mandhana is one of the most popular women’s cricketers in the world. She has gained millions of fans with her excellent batting performances on the cricket field. Mandhana plays international cricket for the Indian women’s cricket team.

Recently, Smriti Mandhana played for Team India in the women’s tour of the series against the England women’s cricket team. She played in all three formats of the tour and performed decently. Smriti Mandhana formed a magnificent opening partnership with Shafali Verma in the one-off Test match played between the Indian women’s cricket team and the England women’s cricket team.

After the completion of the ODI and the T20I series between the Indian women’s cricket team and the England women’s cricket team, Smriti has now linked up with Southern Brave club in Women’s Hundred 2021. In case you didn’t know, Women’s Hundred 2021 is a competition where eight teams are competing in a unique 100-ball-a-side tournament for the first time ever in cricket history.

The Men’s tournament is also happening simultaneously in the United Kingdom. The eight clubs participating in the tournament are Welsh Fire, London Spirit, Northern Superchargers, Southern Brave, Trent Rockets, Manchester Originals, Oval Invincibles and Birmingham Phoenix.

Before playing her first match in the Women’s Hundred 2021 competition, Smriti Mandhana posted a photo of herself donning the Southern Brave jersey. She was looking forward to wearing the green kit for the Southern Brave outfit in Women’s Hundred 2021. In the comments box of that post, music industry’s celebrity Palash Muchhal left a comment.

He posted a couple of emojis, showing how excited he was to witness the batting skills of Smriti Mandhana in Women’s Hundred 2021. Interestingly, Mandhana replied to Muchhal as well. She replied to him with a couple of emojis.
