The ongoing edition of the T20 World Cup 2022 did have plenty of hype and entertainment factors during the passage of play. Apart from that, there were major upsets in the history of the showpiece event as well.

While we saw Ireland upsetting the West Indies cricket team in the group stage, we also saw the Zimbabwe cricket team getting the better of the Pakistan cricket team in the Super 12 stage of the T20 World Cup.

The same Sri Lankan cricket team went on to beat Netherlands in the next game. On the other hand, the Dutch cricket team defeated the Zimbabwe cricket team that defeated Pakistan cricket team, in what was an unbelievable episode.

However, Pakistan cricket team went on to defeat the South African cricket team who defeated Team India in the competition. Notably, Team India defeated Bangladesh in their recent meeting and the tournament has been loaded with surprises.
