“You were supposed to delete your twitter account if India won against Pakistan”, Twitter reacts as Pakistani actress Sehar Shinwari tweets that she will marry a “Zimbabwean boy” if Zimbabwe beat India in the upcoming game

On Sunday, November 6th, India and Zimbabwe will face off in their last Super 12 encounter before the ICC T20 World Cup 2022. Melbourne’s Cricket Ground will serve as the venue for the contest. Actress Sehar Shinwari of Pakistan has tweeted that she plans to marry a “Zimbabwean boy” if Zimbabwe wins the forthcoming match against India.

She tweeted: “I’ll marry a Zimbabwean guy, if their team miraculously beats India in next match”

Pakistan also suffered a one-run defeat against Zimbabwe in their second game just one week ago.

However, if Pakistan wins its next two matches against South Africa and Bangladesh, they may go to the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup. They have a slim chance of success since they will need to win by a larger margin than either of these teams to improve their Net Run Rate. They managed to win by 33 runs against South Africa. South Africa may still make the cut even after losing against Pakistan on Thursday. That’s the case even if their scheduled match against the Netherlands is cancelled due to bad weather.

They need just a point to reach the six-point mark after this match. The other semi-finalist will be determined by the NRR if no team but India advances by more than 6 points.

Thus far, India has had a successful competition, winning three of its four matches. When they played against South Africa, they’ve lost just once. They came back strong to defeat Bangladesh by 5 runs and increase their hopes of reaching the semi-finals. Virat Kohli, who has been one of the key performer for India in this World Cup, is nominated for the ICC Player of the Month award. So far in the competition, Kohli has hit three 50s and is on pace to finish with the most runs.
