Klusener reckoned that it will be a close game on Sunday. Talking about the outcome of the match, he said, “It will come down to how well Indian batters handle South African pacers on 30th October.”
While South Africa has to win the match to keep their chances in their hands, India would want to gain confidence by defeating a tough opposition. Even Zimbabwe and Pakistan will be rooting for an Indian victory.

Comprising Kagiso Rabada, Anirch Nortje, Lungi Ngidi and Wayne Parnell, South Africa has arguably the best pace attack in the tournament. Especially on the Australian pitches, this attack is all the more dangerous. Indian batters have a few weaknesses against raw pace and bounce. Hence, it will be a firm test for them against South Africa.
The openers will have their toughest challenge against South Africa. Wayne Parnell is someone who can move the ball in the beginning. Usually, KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma struggle against left-arm pacers. Hence, it could be difficult for them. The Indian batters struggled against Haris Rauf last Sunday. They will be up against Anrich Nortje, who will offer a similar challenge. Therefore, it will be a big test for them.
