Dinesh Karthik has managed to hog the limelight once again after that remarkable victory in the Nidahas Trophy final against Bangladesh, sadly this time with a mic instead of the bat and the ball.
Despite drawing severe flak for a sexist remark during the World Test Championship final, Karthik still managed to introduce a fresh bout of air in the commentary box with his witty jibes.
His insights about the game with a detailed analysis are what makes him an amazing commentator and to compound his brilliance he laces them with a lot of funny quips, making people laugh.
On Wednesday, July 14th, Karthik showcased his elegance in various outfits. In the pose, Karthik was posing in various poses and different outfits and his Instagram posts shortly got flooded over with admiration from his fans.
Everything went slick until India’s current and most dominant opener, Rohit Sharma came across the post and prodded the Indian wicket-keeper with a gentle reminder that his cricketing days are not over yet.
Sharma’s comment read, “You still have some cricket left. FYI.” It is a rare occasion for Indians who picked up the job of commentary before their cricketing careers were officially over. Karthik belonged to that rare posse.

Dinesh Karthik will be featuring in the upcoming IPL
Karthik’s desperate attempt to make it big in the domestic tournaments hasn’t really earned him much result. He replied to Sharma, quoting, “rohitsharma45 don’t ever doubt that Sham.” He will be raring to be a part of KKR’s squad when the IPL resumes in September.
Most likely, he will be returned the captain’s armband as Eoin Morgan’s participation in the remainder of the tournament is still dubious.
Notably, Sharma had a phenomenal World Test Championship despite being introduced late and he will be an industrious part of the upcoming test series against England that will also signal the beginning of India’s journey in the second edition of the World Test Championship.
