The year 2021 just after the pandemic has been a roller coaster ride for the Indian players and the whole cricket team, also the selection process because due to the halt of 1.5 years in the processes, thus the Indian team management has tried some new Indian players which are highly underrated but they were allowed to make their debut in the hope that some extraordinary performance will be delivered by them.
So these Indian players are highly unknown to the general followers of the cricket fraternity who usually keep a satellite on the activities of Indian cricket. So for making them known in the general sphere below is given a list of that 5 players.
#1. Chetan Sakariya.
Chetan Sakariya is the known name in the Ambit of the Indian Premier League but most of the Indian Cricket followers are still anonymous by his aura. In the T20I Series against Sri Lanka, Chetan Sakariya made his debut in the first T20 as Shikhar Dhawan was leading the young Indian side. He becomes the 1st Indian Player to make a debut in the year 2021.
#2. Nitish Rana.
Nitish Rana is a southpaw batsman who used to play for Kolkata knight riders in the IPL he also made his International debut in the same T20I series against Sri Lanka, but Sakariya made his debut in the first game and Rana made it in the third game of the series which was unexpectedly clinched by this young Sri Lankan team.
#3. Sandeep Warrier.
Sandeep Warrier is a right arm medium fast bowler from the state of Kerala in domestic cricket, he has become third again and made his International debut in the same T20 International series against Sri Lanka which happened in the city of Colombo. But unexpectedly didn’t make the most of his Debut, as he failed to clean a single wicket in his first game. He comes third on the list of anonymous Indian players who make their debut in 2021.
#4. Krishnappa Gowtham.
Krishna Gautam is the fourth man in a row to make his debut in the same series which was played by the above 3 Indian players in the listicle. Krishna’s T20I International debut for India was a successful one, as he clinched important wickets including one of Dasun Shanaka who was the Sri Lankan Skipper. So it can be said that Gowtham has made most of his international debut.
#5. Devdutt Padikkal.
A skilled southpaw Devdutt Padikkal used to open for the team of Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League and has also made their debut in the Sri Lankan T20 as series of 2021, he has opened with the veteran skipper of Indian team Shikhar Dhawan and played decent knock in his first 2 games of the series.
