Watch: Rishabh Pant interacts with U16 players at NCA

India’s star wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant is currently going through rehabilitation and recovery process. The star cricketer met with a career-threatening accident in late December.

He was on his way to his hometown to surprise his family members. Pant travelled all alone in his car but as per the reports, he dozed off for a few seconds before he went on to crash one of the divider linings.

The accident happened early morning at the Delhi-Dehradun highway. He was quickly taken to the hospital for further medication before he was shifted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in Andheri West under the supervision of Dr Pardiwala.

Recently, a video clip of Rishabh Pant walking without a stick went viral on social media portals. Rishabh Pant who was seen walking with a stick confidently walked without a support and the fans totally loved to see the progress.

Meanwhile, another video clip featuring Rishabh Pant interacting with U16 players at the National Cricket Academy has been doing the rounds on social media channels.

Rishabh Pant recently visited Arun Jaitley Stadium in the national capital for one of Delhi Capitals’ home games. The Board of Control for Cricket in India, on Tuesday stated that Rishabh Pant interacted with the under-16 players at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru.

The richest cricket board further added that it was indeed generous from Rishabh Pant to spare time for communicating with the young players. Rishabh Pant has represented Team India in 33 Tests, 30 ODIs and 66 T20Is.

The 25-year-old has been thoroughly impressive in the longest format of the game, scoring 2271 runs at an average of 43.7 including five centuries and eleven fifties to his name.

On the other hand, he scored 865 runs in the 50-over format including one century and 5 fifties to his name. In the shortest format of the game, he scored 987 runs including three fifties.
