The Former Australian opener and KKR mentor David Hussey get exaggerated after the thumping knock of southpaw Rinku Singh in the game against Lucknow Supergiants. Rinku has won the hearts of each cricket fan with his breathtaking knock of 40(15). In the staggering game between LSG and KKR, batting first Quinton De Kock has hit 140*(70) along with skipper Rahul’s knock of 68*(51). This took LSG to the record of the biggest opening partnership in the history of the Indian Premier League and made the score of 210/0 (20).
When KKR stepped in to bat at the DY Patil Cricket Stadium, the dew didn’t work their way and this has helped LSG pacer, Mohsin Khan, as he knocked both the openers of Kolkata within 3-overs. After surviving a couple of early blows, skipper Shreyas Iyer and Nitish Rana stabilized the innings of KKR, but later both of them got out under the pressure of a high scoring rate. Later a huge run requirement in a tiny ball leftover was looking completely impossible for Kolkata Knight Riders.
But, Rinku Singh has shown the courage to even think of a successful chase from there. He has bolstered the game equation by stamping the knock of 40 runs, having a strike rate of 266.70 with 2 fours and 6 sixes in the cameo. This highly entertaining batting piece of Rinku Singh has won the heart of attacking Aussie opener and KKR mentor, ‘David Hussey’. Hussey who was a similar game set of player like Rinku Singh has showered praises on him by saying in his posted tweet, “What a player and person @rinkusingh235 is! So very happy that he is with @KKRiders”. Hope he will continue to perform better in the next season for KKR and in the future for team India.
