Saba Karim, who played as a wicketkeeper for India and later served as a selector, feels that the Twenty20 World Cup will prove to be a more difficult challenge for both Virat Kohli and Babar Azam than the Asia Cup will.
There has been a considerable amount of debate over which of the two modern-day greats is superior, particularly concerning the presentation of their respective numbers in the shortest format. Many people feel that the Asia Cup will be able to provide some light on the relative standings of the two batters when compared to one another.
Karim, on the other hand, believes that the T20 World Cup would provide an adequate opportunity for the two batters to be challenged against superior bowling attacks when they are under a great deal of strain. In a video that was uploaded by India News Sports, Karim was asked about Virat Kohli and Babar Azam. Here is what he had to say about them:
“The Asia Cup will not determine who is more talented of the two (Kohli and Babar). In my opinion, the Twenty20 World Cup will be the most important competition for them since it will provide them with the opportunity to compete against stronger teams and contribute to the success of their squad.”

Alongside Karim, Virat Kohli’s former youth coach Rajkumar Sharma was also there for the conversation that was taking place. He discussed how the former captain of India would aim to push his game to the next level against Pakistan. He said that this will be his goal.
Kohli has only played seven matches against Pakistan, yet he has managed to amass 311 runs at an astonishing average of 77.75.
