The Australian cricket team locked horns with the West Indies national cricket team in the two-match T20I series at home ahead of the start of the ICC Men’s Twenty20 World Cup in Australia.
During the T20I series, David Warner hogged the limelight after his live voice was clearly caught at the mic. Usually when the batsmen are at the crease, nobody literally knows what the striker and non-striker are talking to each other.
This is when the ICC came up with a new technology as the batsmen at the crease talking to each other can be easily heard by the TV viewers. As a result, it gives us kind of a cinematic experience.

Even during pressure situations, the batsmen tend to talk to each other on how to approach the game. The ones who watch the game at home would get to listen to what the batters are really talking to each other. Australia won the two-match T20I series by inflicting a 2-0 whitewash on West Indies.
On the other hand, the Three Lions won their second T20 World Cup title by beating Pakistan in the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 final in Melbourne. Just a few days later, they were tasked with another major assignment.
England national cricket team led by Jos Buttler are currently in Australia playing the three-match ODI series. The first ODI between the two top teams is being held at Adelaide Oval in Adelaide.
Australia skipper Pat Cummins won the toss and invited Jos Buttler-led England cricket team to bat first. England posted a competitive total of 289/9 in their full quota of 50 overs.
Dawid Malan was the pick of the batters for England as he scored 134 off 128 balls with the help of 12 boundaries and 4 sixes before he was dismissed by Adam Zampa.
In reply, Australia lost three wickets but managed to score 242 runs in 38 overs. They are en route to winning the first game and take the first lead in the three-match ODI series.
