Rohit Sharma-led Indian cricket team have taken a 2-0 lead in the series and have also retained the Border Gavaskar Trophy for a record fourth-straight time. India won the Test opener by an innings and 132 runs before going on to win the second Test by six wickets.
Meanwhile, the pressure is definitely on the Aussies who are looking for a way to come out on top and one more defeat would help India win the series, which would also help them book their berth in the ICC World Test Championship final.
Rohit Sharma and Co must also be preparing for the game and it remains to be seen which team will defy the odds and come through with flying colours.
Mitchell Starc bowls a gem of a delivery to outsmart Cameron Green in the nets
Meanwhile, Australia’s top paceman, Mitchell Starc was recently seen hitting the nets ahead of the Indore Test against India. The left-arm pace bowler didn’t play the first two Tests owing to a finger injury which he picked up during the home series against South Africa.
Needless to say, he has recovered from the injury and is back in the mix for Australia. He is certain to make his presence count in the third Test as he is fit to play the game for Australia.
Meanwhile, a video clip featuring Mitchell Starc bowling a cracker of delivery to Cameron Green has been doing the rounds on social media. Starc could be seen pitching with a fiery delivery to Cameron Green. The young all-around could be seen trying to play a shot before he was clean-bowled.
This very video clip has gone viral on the internet. It also goes to show that Starc might bowl more impactful spells for Australia and try to help the team produce a spark in the bowling unit.
Mitchell Starc is getting it to reverse in Indore. Great signs for Australia to have him back even if Cam Green, who is also back, might not particularly appreciate the first clip #IndvAus pic.twitter.com/cT2HujCvbg
