“Literally playing EA cricket”, Twitter reacts as Suryakumar Yadav scores a stunning century in the third T20I against England

Suryakumar Yadav scored a brilliant century in the third game of the T20I series against England. The middle-order batter has been in good form for a while and the knock against England was proof of the same. Here, we take a look at how Twitter reacted after Suryakumar Yadav scores a stunning century in the third T20I against England.

Suryakumar Yadav scores a stunning century

Team India was in trouble with three wickets down when the score was just 31. Rishabh Pant and Rohit Sharma had done well in the previous game and they lost their wickets early. Chase master Virat Kohli, too, had to go back to the dressing room soon. The chase was stiff and with Hardik Pandya not in the XI, Suryakumar Yadav had to construct the innings in such a way that India would be in a good position to win.

The Mumbai cricketer did just that, playing some exquisite shots all around the park. At the other end, Shreyas Iyer was struggling to score runs at a quick rate but SKY was playing an altogether different game. He was brutal against most bowlers, especially against the likes of Liam Livingstone and Chris Jordan. SKY brought up his first T20I century from just 48 deliveries. This hundred included 12 fours and five gigantic hits out of the park. The last fifty of this knock came from just 16 deliveries which show the impact with which he batted on Sunday.

Twitter reacts to the remarkable knock

In recent months, Suryakumar Yadav has arguably been the best batter for India in T20Is. The cricketer yet again established his status as one of the best middle-order batters in the format right now. It was a trademark SKY innings and the fans could not stop themselves from praising the 31-year-old. Here is a look at some of the reactions made in this regard on Twitter:
