Well, CSK have plenty of players who can do well in Chennai but Stokes could prove to be a game-changer for the away games. Moreover, Stokes will also be reuniting with the likes of MS Dhoni and Ajinkya Rahane after their stint at Rising Pune Supergiants (now defunct franchise) in IPL 2017 season.
Stokes has played 43 games in IPL and scored 920 runs at a batting average of 25.6 and a strike rate of 134.5 including two hundreds and two fifties. On the other hand, he has bagged 28 wickets to his name.
