The Australian national cricket team led by Pat Cummins ran through a horrible experience in the first two Tests against Team India. Pat Cummins and Co lost the first Test at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur.
The hosts pulled off a magnificent win over the Aussies as they won the game by an innings and 132 runs and took the first lead in the Border Gavaskar Trophy series. They marched on ahead with the same confidence and winning mentality in the second Test as well.
Aussies did put up a fight in the first innings of the second Test at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. However, they failed to stick to the groundwork in the second innings and ended up losing the second Test as well.
Team India won the game by six wickets and also retained the Border Gavaskar Trophy for a record fourth time. As things stand, India have taken a 2-0 lead in the series. They will have to win one more game to confirm their spot in the ICC WTC final.
Cameron Green and Mitchell Starc are 100% fit for the third Test.
In what comes as a huge boost to the Australian cricket team, the likes of Cameron Green and Mitchell Starc are completely fit for the second Test match against Team India.
The third Test between India and Australia will begin on March 1 at Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore. It seems that Cameron Green might come in place of Matt Renshaw whereas Mitchell Starc might replace Pat Cummins in the third Test.
Earlier, Pat Cummins flew to Australia due to personal reasons. He is expected to be back for the Indore Test. In case, Cummins doesn’t return, then Steve Smith will take over the captaincy duties for the next two Tests. Meanwhile, Josh Hazlewood has been ruled out of the entire BGT series.

Head, Khawaja, Marnus, Smith, Handscomb, Carey, Green, Starc, Cummins, Lyon, Todd. But is 2 spinners enough?
— Yinuaface (@Dashingkavin) February 20, 2023
Cameron Green & Starc will be as ineffective as cummins. So it doesn't matter. Pitch will be turner & Aussies going to play 3 spinners maybe drop one batter for cam green. But result will be same . Loss to Aussies .

With next 2 test lined up in more spin friendly tracks i doubt starc will be able to provide any support bt cam green’s presence will help aussie MO atleast. Currently once marnus & smith are gone, ind jst run through the aussie MO like a hot knife on a butter.

What about australia batting? I think every australian batters should take class from alastair cook on how to play spin tracks effectively like he played some good innings against india in spin tracks. Hopefully, india will win in next 2 matches and therefore(4-0) is possible.

Green on his way to become another bunny of Sir Jadeja.
Starc will get bashed left right & centre if he plays in 3rd test

When captain himself did not bowl a single ball in 2nd innings I doubt these guys will get opportunity to play.
