Krunal Pandya and Deepak Hooda to play together in IPL 2022
A few seasons ago, there was a huge controversy with regards to the Baroda cricket team. Deepak Hooda complained about Krunal Pandya’s behaviour to the association. Later, Baroda suspended Deepak. The player then made the move to Rajasthan. He recently made his debut for Team India. Since then, whenever the duo have clashed against each other, there have been plenty of reactions on social media.
Not many expected that they will play together again. However, Lucknow Super Giants have made it happen. The duo will feature in the same XI in the upcoming season of the competition.
Virender Sehwag reacts to the signings by Lucknow
Virender Sehwag was quick to react as soon as the news got confirmed that Krunal and Deepak will play together in IPL 2022. Here is what he had to say:

Meanwhile, Lucknow Super Giants are building a good squad at the auctions. Having retained KL Rahul, Marcus Stoinis and Ravi Bishnoi already, the franchise has made some brilliant signings. They hired the likes of Quinton de Kock and Jason Holder before making some quality Indian signings in the form of Manish Pandey, Krunal Pandya and Deepak Hooda. It now needs to be seen as to how they would construct their bowling department.
