Aakash Chopra thinks that Deepak Chahar has not been eliminated from consideration for a position in India’s Twenty20 World Cup 2022 team.

Chopra selected Chahar as his Player of the Match in a video that was uploaded to his channel on YouTube. He elaborated on his choice as follows:
“Deepak Chahar has to be my pick for Player of the Match since India annihilated their rivals, and there is no question in my mind that he deserves the honor. Deepak Chahar is not yet eliminated from the running for the World Cup, even though his name is not included for the Asia Cup because he is making a return here.”
