On the other hand, Andre Russell bloomed at the right time for KKR as he smashed a surreal 42 off 23 balls with the help of three fours and three sixes to his name. He nearly finished the game for KKR before he was run out in the penultimate ball in the run-chase.

When 2 runs were required off the last ball, Rinku Singh turned out to be the hero for KKR as he scored the winning runs in the form of a boundary off Arshdeep Singh. KKR beat PBKS by five wickets.
