3 Reasons Why Ravindra Jadeja Should Play For CSK In IPL 2023

Ravindra Jadeja is going through a strong rift with CSK team management in the recently concluded 15th edition of IPL.  CSK has gone through a rough patch in the previous edition of IPL where Ravindra Jadeja has been handed over the captaincy a few times and later MS Dhoni comes into the role of leader. Which created a tug of war between CSK and  Jadeja and it does not seem to be ended before the upcoming season of IPL 2023.

So in the upcoming season of IPL, CSK has to think seriously about the future of Jadeja on the side, but it doesn’t look like he has an interest to play for super Kings again. Thus below are a few reasons why Ravindra Jadeja should stick with super Kings for the bright future in IPL 2023.

#1. He might not get the same price tag in other franchises.

Ravindra Jadeja got 16cr as a salary in IPL 2022 from CSK as he was promoted to the captaincy of the side. The other IPL franchises won’t offer Jadeja such a hefty amount of money because in recent days his all-around game is not as good in T20 cricket. Though he has slammed a fantastic century in the Edgbaston test match still his bat is so quiet in limited overs cricket.

#2. Sir Ravindra Jadeja’s brand may collapse in IPL.

Sir Jadeja and the brand which created in the Indian Premier League can collapse when his name gets associated with other franchises. Because super Kings have actually carved the presence of Jadeja in international cricket along with the Indian sphere. So the reputation of Ravindra Jadeja can get vandalized after he wears any other Jersey except the yellow one.

#3. He can lose the opportunity to become a captain again.

CSK can offer another leadership chance to Ravindra Jadeja after he was sacked from the captaincy in the latest edition. Along with this sir, Jadeja can work in the team as the most senior player after the retirement of MS Dhoni in the next edition of IPL 2023. This could be the damage that Jadeja will do to himself if he leaves CSK from the next season of the Indian Premier League.
