Bowling the fastest delivery in Tests is one of the world records of Mitchell Starc which might never be broken. The Aussie speedster did it in a Test against New Zealand in Perth in 2015.
As per Wikipedia, the fastest ball recorded in Test cricket belongs to Mitchell Starc. At least at the moment in Tests, no pacer seems likely to get close to this record. Like with the other record, in this case, too, since the workload of pacers is high due to the presence of other formats, this feat by Starc could stand unbeaten.
