Smriti Mandhana’s old tweet about marriage goes viral

Smriti Mandhana is one of the most popular women’s cricketers in India. The Indian batswoman has made a name for herself with her excellent performances on the field. She was the captain of the Trailblazers team that won the Jio Women’s T20 Challenge 2020 at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Mandhana is a left-handed batswoman. She was recently in action during the ODI series between the Indian women’s cricket team and the England women’s cricket team. The two nations also played a one-off Test match at Bristol’s County Ground. That match ended in a draw, but Smriti Mandhana received appreciation for her record opening partnership with debutant Shafali Verma.

Speaking of the Test match between the Indian women’s cricket team and the England women’s cricket team, one photo from that Test went viral on social media platform. It was a picture of Smriti Mandhana when she was batting in the middle during the Test match against the England women’s cricket team.

Soon, Smriti, who already had a lot of fan following on social media, gained more followers. One of her old tweets has started to go viral now. Last year, one of her fans had asked Smriti Mandhana on Twitter if she would like a love marriage or an arranged marriage.

Smriti Mandhana gave a surprising reply to that fan on Twitter

Interestingly, the star batswoman of the Indian women’s cricket team Smriti Mandhana decided to give a reply to that fan on the micro-blogging platform. She did not pick either one of the two options, but instead coined a new word titled ‘Love-Ranged’ to answer the question from the fan.

“I prefer Love-ranged,” Smriti Mandhana replied to that fan with a laughing emoji.

The tweet from Smriti Mandhana has got more than 2,000 likes on the micro-blogging platform. Her tweet has also received 86 comments thus far.
