The second phase of IPL 2021 is all set to Kickstart from September 17. After the successful ending to IPL 2020, UAE will once again host the same event. A total of 21 days of cricket will be played there. The remaining phase will feature 10 days of double headers, 7 days of solo matches and rest 4 days for the playoffs.
However, there is one haunting factor present here too. The participation of foreign players for second half hasn’t been confirmed yet. England Cricket Board has stated that they won’t he sending their players for the same. Bangladeshi star Shakib and Mustafizur Rahman might also not come to play.
The rest of the nations have not given their decision yet. It would be an interesting decision to watch out for. Meanwhile in the current time, various cricketing nations are involved in playing international matches.
