Fans on Twitter lashed out at Pakistan skipper Babar Azam for his failure in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2022 against South Africa in Sydney. They slammed him for not sacrificing his opening spot and disrupting the team’s balance.

Pakistan is currently locking horns with South Africa at the Sydney Cricket Ground. Opting to bat first, the Men in Green yet again has been put in trouble as the Proteas pacer rattled their top order.
After Wayne Parnell removed Mohammad Rizwan for 4 runs, many expected skipper Babar Azam to step up and play a fine knock for his side. But this wasn’t the case as he bagged yet another failure and put his team under immense pressure.
Babar looked clueless and struggled during his stay on the crease. He managed only 6 runs in 15 balls and left his team tottering at 40/3. The right-hander tried to slog the slower ball from Lungi Ngidi over mid-wicket. He got too far under the delivery and towered the ball.
It seemed that it would fall in no man’s land but Rabada ran back from mid-on, kept his eyes on the ball all along and completed the two-handed catch even as it was lobbing over his left shoulder to send the Pakistan skipper back into the hut.
