Glenn Maxwell slams fans for abusive behaviour after IPL 2021 eliminator
Glenn Maxwell was the top scorer for RCB in IPL 2021
The RCB batsman Glenn Maxwell is not very happy with the abusive behaviour of some of the fans after RCB’s game against KKR last night which RCB lost and got eliminated from IPL 2021.
Glenn Maxwell personally had a great season with the bat as he was RCB’s highest scorer and made match winning contributions in many of the games he played, but going by his post on social media, it seems as if him and some of his other RCB teammates have had to face abuse after the way last night’s game against KKR unfolded.
Glenn Maxwell asked people why they are behaving horribly?
Maxwell also insisted if someone tries to abuse any of his teammates or friends, that person will be blocked by entire team. The Aussie all rounder asked why people are indulging themselves in such horrible behaviour?

Daniel Christian is another RCB player who has posted on his Instagram story that his partner is getting targeted because of his performance last night and he has asked the fans to keep his partner out of it.
Christian didn’t have a great game last night as he couldn’t score a lot of runs with the bat, but it was his bowling which cost RCB as he was hit for three sixes by Sunil Narine in one over itself and that changed the complete momentum of the game as the game was hanging in balance at that stage.
RCB bowlers, however, brought the team back in the game again with some economical overs later, but there were only 7 runs to defend in the last over and Christian, who bowled that last over again, conceded the boundary off the very first ball and RCB ended up losing the game with two balls to spare.
It was overall a good season for RCB as they performed really well through the league stage, but a falter in the playoffs left the fans a little unhappy.
